How Do I track

Hi I have asked this question several times and yet no one has explained to me how can i know if my case was touched, or may be I am just dumb. Can someone please tell me step-by-step about how to know if my case was "touched". Because when I go to USCIS website and type in my case number to find the status of the case, they have no update date. The only date they have is at the bottom of the page which is the current date and time. So how do you guys see your cases being touched?????????????? please Help it will be really appreciated.

1. Log into your portfolio (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp)

2. look at the 4th column "Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy)"

For example, your own portfolio will be in a table with the following columns:

Select ReceiptNumber E-mail Last Updated Form# Form Title

By monitoring this "LastUpdated" column, any changes made into their system will reflect the last date your case was "touched".

go to the case status and create account/....once you do this

it will take you to a page with your case #....it will have a date after the receipt# if this date changes without the case status message changing then you have been touched/
