I cant leave out East Africa

pretty cool website...lists substitutions for items that may not be easy to find :thumbs: do have to convert measurements if you measure.

I also dicovered that if you click on the name of the country there are more recipes than if you just scroll down to find the country. I am pretty impressed by this site, it also gives some background about the recipe. :thumbs:

Hey, Thanks for the post. I checked out the Ethiopian recipes. Looks pretty good. The doro wot recipe is pretty on point. I've seen some CRAZY ones on the internet....one actually called for peanut butter. :o
