Does anyone know what usually happens with a "touch"? Can it simply mean we moved you from one person's file cabinet to another or "we completed your background check... blah blah" or any and all things? Just curious about it.

They record anytime a file is opened and looked at. This is all.

How about filling in profile details, you filed for something, and are dealing with some country, NOT N/A http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

Agree, it means someone has opened your file. However, it could also mean your file will soon be processed. I recall my file being touched after a long wait period. So, a touch was welcome news as oposed to nothing at all. B)
