january 15 we get the NOA1 after 1 week we did send the I130.i saw on the time line to approve the I130 is the same as the I129F.should i send the I129F or no???is it really that the petition will be approve on 5 months??

The are advantages and disadvantages to filing the I-129F at this point. If you don't file then the process takes a bit longer but when your spouse comes to the us it will be as a permenant resident. Filing the I-129F switches your application to a K-3 visa. It takes shorter but it is handled like a fiance visa. Your spouse will only be a temporary resident until you file for change of status which costs over $1000. You also take a risk that if any problems are found after your spouse arrives then they could deny the application and not get the green card. It is a choice you have to make. Unless you have a need to be with your spouse quickly I would wait for the CR-1 visa. It is cheeper in the long run and you get a green card right away.

Welcome mimou to Visa Journey. When I applied for the I-130 I then applied for the I129F which they sent back to me and automatically applied me to the CR-1. Every situation is different and I would never try to guess on an exact time line for your personal journey. Read some of the similar timelines that relate to your situation. Everyone is different and the time(s) are also different. My advice, read read and research every detail to avoid delays. Good Luck!!!
