hello, I am still waiting the response from NVC that DS-3032 is accepted. How NVC going to response? By mail or email. Thanks.

They should respond by email to both you and the benificary. they will also include instructions for paying the IV fee bill. Mine took longer than a week, so I would give it until the end of the week and if you have not heard anything call the NVC.

If they don't respond via e-mail, then check the automated system.

I sent both of my parents' DS-3032 via e-mail on the same day. NVC responded via e-mail that they got my mom's DS-3032 about 3 days after BUT I never got an e-mail regarding my dad's DS-3032 acceptance so I called the automated system and it was recorded there that they had received his DS-3032 also 3 days after I had e-mailed it...

I called NVC and talked with a lady, she said u replied the email in order the basis they received the email.

I am trying to send the Affidavit of supports, do i have to send 2 envelopes for my dad and mom or can i include both affidavit supports in one envelope. Thanks.

Put both in the same envelope. That is what I did and there was no problems.

how may paychek stubs do we need to submit? and what about W-2? I am submitting tax return which i got from IRS the last three years, letter from my employment. Thanks

I did not send paystubs as my letter from my employer listed my annual salary. I had got tax transcripts from IRS so I did not need to include W2's just the transcript.

Now I am trying to prepare for form DS230 and my parents are making Police certifcate and translating birth certiciate and marriage certifcate in english. Do i have also submit these original certifacate in foreign langauage or just original english translation document is fine.. Need your suggestions. Thanks.

My parents had his own construction company. so what should i write for employer in form 230?

You need to send the original and the translation. if he is going to be doing that job in the USA put that I put None for both my parents, if they want a job after they arrive then they can get one.

Yes you need to send the original and the translation, Your Parents will be given all the original document back when they go for their interview.

The cover letter does not need to be signed, just the DS230. Can your Parents not download the DS230 from the website ?

Make sure they each sign one copy of the DS230 as you will need one for each of them.
