This past Saturday, I sent my I-129F package via certified mail, return receipt. I tracked the the package online today and it says that there was an attempted delivery at 1:46 PM. Since the Texas Service Center only provides a P.O. Box, I am wondering if they will have someone pickup and sign for the package. :crying:

They will pick it up tomorrow... I just went through the same thing two weeks ago at the Texas Service Center . I wondered about this when I saw that they ATTEMPTED to deliver but could not. It was then registered as received the next morning!

No worries!

hi everyone, i am waiting to hear when my fiance will get an interview. does anyone know how long this usually takes. he is in morocco. i am also nervous about the application because i was married to a man from kenya for ten years and i am wondering if this will slow down the process and be an issue. if anyone has any feedback i would appreciate it... i guess i am just kind of looking for some reassurances from somewhere, but maybe there aren't any and i just have to be patient.

i have one other question too if anyone can answer it. i consulted the lawyer that handled my first marriage and he said he was at a seminar/meeting with the director of the vermont service center in the beginning of may and it was his impression that they are holding off on processing new applications until a new law takes effect in the next few months. does anyone know anything about that either?
