Hi

I have been working in Iraq well over three years now. Got divorced from a U.S. citizen during this period and I am now remarried to a Thai citizen.

I have friends in the States who have said we can stay with them when the day comes I leave here until we get settled. I use one of their addresses as an address for my mail and my "home".

I have looked into immigration lawyers because my wifes english speaking skills are good, however, her reading skills are 'so so' and I don't know if she would be too overwhelmed with the documents that have to be filled out, getting the medical exam done, etc... I got a reply from a "law firm" and first of all I was addressed by the wrong name; obviously a template. Second of all, I don't have much trust with a "firm" that uses a free email service like yahoo as their email contact. Is there any law firm that could help my wife get through this process because I am only able to go back every six months due to leave/R&R restrictions.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Thanks so much.
