I want to know this, is it possible to get an affidavit from the embassy abroad and then without getting married there, but fly back to America to marry instead? Is that allowed? Anyone please, your thought is needed. thanks.

I can't make heads or tails out of your question. Could you provide more details of your intention. In general a US Citizen would use an affidavit of single status to get married in the country where it was issued but there's no requirement to marry once you have the affidavit. The difficulty often lies in getting the foreigner authorization to enter the USA. If successful, sure you can marry in the USA but then the foreign spouse would need to leave and go through a spouse visa process.

Why not start by clicking on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here.

I believe from one of your other posts your Fiancee is from Cambodia. You need to get a K1 visa to bring her to the US to get married, or get married there and do a K3/CR1 read the guides. You will probably want to ask some of these questions in the E. Asia forum where people are going through the process in Cambodia. Do a search on the site for Cambodia and you will most likely find a bunch of people who have experience with Cambodia.

It sounds like you are trying to get her to the US ASAP (trying to get her tourist visa), you need to face reality, it is not going to happen. Being that she is young and from a poor country, the best way is going to be doing a K1 and wait through the process like everyone else, there is no QUICK way to get her out of the country and to the US.

Educate yourself by reading this site, and you will be able to answer your own questions.
