We just got the letter from NVC telling they're going to be sending the packet to auckland consulate. We went to the website addressed on the letter but no forms it said or something like that. I know some of you have been able to see if a package has been sent but I'm not sure how and I can't seem to navigate the nvc website too well =(. Anyone have any suggestions?

NVC dates don't line up with USCIS date always... I found out my K-1NZ was at the NVC by letter and by the time I checked it, it was already at the consulate abroad.

Better to hound the Auckland Consulate until they receive it...

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

This seems to be the latest trend in VJ'ers, to try and track packages to the consulate, which you cannot. The best you can do is determine that the courier delivered some packages, there is no indication who's it is and you will only make yourself crazy (or more crazy) with an overload of "non-information"

Send an email to the consulate and ask if they have received your case. It DOES NOT matter if the courier has delivered it to the embassy, it doesn't "count" until they enter your case in their system and when that will be is anyone's guess. It will take longer than the delivery process, of that you can be sure. But if you email them they will tell you if they have received it yet. Next question...have you downloaded packet 3 and completed ALL your interview documents? You should have by now, otherwise the information on whether the consulate has the case or not is useless. PLEASE do not wait for them to send a packet 3, get it ready now. When they say your case is there (in the system) call immediately for an interview appointment, call for a medical appointment. I would say, send an email every day and get all your documents ready
