I dont even know my friends exact birthday (I can guess the month..maybe) And I never expect anything on mine... see how easy it is for guys?

As for your situation, nothing beats a Cheesecake!

I made the opera cake and finished it off with some gold leaf :)

I also bought a cake from the store but it's only for an inside joke...didn't want to ruin the beautiful opera cake with the joke :P

chocolate makes everything better :thumbs:

I was thinking something chocolate/espresso. White chocolate buttermilk with brown sugar creme fraiche and strawberries. Decisions :wacko:

Consider some "chocolate panache" filling in that cake. Who could get angry with you for that?
