HELLO!!!!

I just checked online and our status is: Approval notice sent!

FINALLY! :dance::dance:

I had almost lost my hope when I was reading the forums here and I found out that VSC had changed their dates to April. So I thought to myself: "Now I can complain because we're past due". Then I went online and I could not believe what I saw... I started screaming and then crying like a baby. I called my husband, who is at work right now, and he started to tell everybody at work that we were approved!!!! Oh My God! I can't believe our happy day has finally come!

I thank God for giving me and my husband the necessary strength to resist all those dificult days.

And Narina, thank you so much for your support!! I know it won't be long until you are approved too.

WOW!! I'm still shaking!!

Form I-130 sent to Chicago - 03/18/08 (Case in VSC)

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks, guys!

Chris e Jessica, we decided to go for CR1 because we don´t want to worry about the greencard when I arrive there. It´s cheaper and better. We´re going to make the appointment for K-3 and change for CR1 when we´re done with NVC.

I'm so happy!!!!!

My husband will try to take some days off to come to the interview with me because I'm already nervous about it! hehehe!
