Oke, not that I am not happy for people who just received their approvals. I am. Cause after all we all want to be with our spouses.

But how come people who applied for their I-130's and K3's in August are getting approved by Vermont, and those who filed in May (or before) are still waiting for their NOA2's?? :blink::-(

I know, be patient...etc...but, it does me feel even more nervous than I've been until now, since we filed ours in June '08 and haven't heard anything yet. :(

I know Its SUPER frustrating. You want to be and are happy for the people who are approved, but you left feeling left out and worried. It used to be just the comparison of CSC to VSC, now VSC is leaving people behind and working out of order. I feel for anyone still stuck at VSC.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I agree.. The whole process is just killing almost all of us in here. Being stuck in VSC is like a poison that is slowly getting into your nerves and would just take life away. 0002007D.gif

I think every bodies patient is about run out, especially when other get approved before you and they say they suffered after waiting only 4 months or less

i begining to think they do have something against us or we are all stuck in the same box
