any tips on mailing instructions? Also how long would it be before i hear from them? I am going to be sending a money order not a check is that ok?

Try using service where you can track your package. I recommend using USPS express mail $17.50 its cheap compare to other service. Money order will work. Usually it takes about 2 to 4 weeks for NOA1 to come in mail.

Good luck!

You can put the Chicago address back in if it will fit on one page. The passport photos should go into a Ziploc sandwich bag (Write the name on the back of each photo and use separate bag and sheet for each picture.) stapled to a full sheet of paper and inserted in the stack in the order they are mentioned in the cover letter. Logically, that's behind the respective G325a forms. You mention the marriage certificate is English. If not originally in English, submit the foreign language version with the translation.

My mailing recommendation is USPS Priority Mail with "delivery confirmation", not certified or anything requiring a delivery signature.

Thanks, i will use that cover letter.

Under beneficiary address, the address field was too long for me to put the full address so i wrote "See Attached" and i attached a typed paper stating what the address is.

This is what it says on the attached piece of paper. Is this correct?

Attached Document for I-130.
