Hi there everyone! Can i start downloading and answering the forms DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157 in(http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf) even without recieving a packet from the embassy yet? or should i wait for it before doing so? pls me. Edited January 23, 2009 by Inlove with Moto2

You can do that i don't see that a problem. Make sure when you do get the packet from the embassy to check if that is the same one that they require and your answers haven't change.
