Hello,

as I can see many people in their timeline have Touched in a few weeks after they got NOA1. I’ve got our NOA1 at 2008-11-03 and no changes at all, it makes me worry about our case.

Is this is a normal or I should call them or what? Thank you for any information.

My case was touched almost after 6 months. I don't think there is anything that you can do just be patient. Even if you call them they wont help you.

Plus there are so many people who got approved and they haven't seen any touch .

so don't worry about it . keep praying and be patient

my best wishes for you

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

You may never see a touch before approval, i know many on VJ who went their entire process without seeing a touch and were approved.

Many, many cases never get a "touch" and it means nothing. 2-5 months seems to be the "norm" if you can call it that, to get an approval from the VSC, it seems to be slower since the latter half of 2008. It is very likely you will get no "touches" and hear nothing until you are approved, or get an RFE (hope not) but normally that is the first indication anyone is alive in the VSC. My case went very "fast" and it was almost exactly 6 months from filing until my fiancee arrived, 10 months from filing to the approval of our AOS. So be patient and start working on your packet 3 documents and get those ready to speed the process when it gets approved.

Agreed, although we all understand that doesn't make it easier.

I was one of the ones that never got a touch ever and got approved. Even after the approval and it was sent to NVC there was no touch. Someone on here said I was wrong and showed him and he saw that also. Have no idea why but I think it has to do with who it was that had the case just never scanned anything but did their job and went to the next.
