I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) K-3/K-4 - Already married - spouse and/or dependent child April 15, 2008

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 April 01, 2008

If you are outside processing times Call USCIS!!!

Check my timeline... you are behind my timeline...and I got my I-130 and I-129F approved yesterday. That's is an estimates.... I was losing hope and then wow, got approved on 22nd Jan 09!

That's NOV 30, we are now in JAN....09, figure the math, in 2 months I am pretty sure they have changed and approved more filers..

My timeline is right there with yours. I hope Monday proves to be a productive day for the USCIS and VSC. This week was only a 4 day wook week for them. Next week is a full week. They have to start kickin' out the approvals soon !!!!

They bumped it up a whole month. and they havent been posted for 2. so at VSC, one month is equal to two weeks worth of petitions. hmmm except the officers who are already working on June of course. :blink:

This is good news for the late march,early april leftovers. call!

I was very happy :thumbs: 2 see that they updated the site.. but :angry: to see they only progressed one month, I am wondering if it would be faster moving back to Cali and going with there processing center :) Blessings 2 all

The process petition within 6 months which means since 23 July 2009

It means they are processing petitions within 6 months of the last time they updated; not within 6 months of the current date.

NOA 2. Really?
