OKAY GUYS!!! I AM FINALLY BACK AND GUESS WHAT?!?! SO IS MY BABY RIGHT ALONG WITH ME IN THIS JOURNEY! YES, HE IS HERE AND TO ALL WHO HAVE PRAYED AND WISHED US WELL I DO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. HE IS ADJUSTING VERY WELL AND SAYS THAT HIS BODY IS MEANT FOR THE COLD AIR...HMMM WE SHALL SEE. ANYHOW, THINGS ARE GREAT AND BEING TOGETHER IS AN INDESCRIBABLE FEELING. ALL THOSE WAITING...IT IS DEFIENTLEY WORTH IT. SO ALWAYS PRAY TO GOD HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER.

I HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS AS WE BEGIN OUR PROCESS FOR AOS....WOW...ANOTHER JOURNEY RIGHT LOL?!?

*The form G-325A-MY FIANCE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT NEEDS TO FILL THIS OUT CORRECT?

*In regards to Form I-864-ARE WE SUBMITTING THE EXACT SAME INFORMATION THAT WE ONCE SUBMITTED WITH THE PAST AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FOR THE K-1 VISA…IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE EVIDENCE THAT MUST BE PROVIDED.

*DID ANYBODY ELSE FILL OUT THE I-131 SUPPLEMENT PART 7 OR DID YOU JUST FILL OUT ONLY THE I-131?

*ALSO, IF YOU GUYS COULD LET ME KNOW IF I AM MISSING ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS OR FORMS TO GO ALONG WITH THE AOS I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT…FOR EXAMPLE..DO WE NEED A COVER LETTER, PICTURES, ETC.

January 15, 2009--Apply for SSN Number

Jan. 23, 2009---Married

March 2 2008----Received SSN card

March 14, 2009---Got Driver's License

AOS TIMELINE

Mar. 30, 2009: AOS/EAD/AP filled

April 7, 2009 - EAD,AP and AOS NOA notice date

April 10, 2009 - received NOA1 hardcopy for EAD,AP and AOS

April 13, 2009- received Biometrics appt scheduled April 25, 2009

April 14, 2009-Biometrics walk-in done!

April 14, 2009-Called USCIS for AP to be expedited.

April 16, 2009-AP approved YES!!

April 24, 2009-EAD Card Received!!

You missed I130 Adjustment of Status which your spouse must submit.

May 9, 2011 - October 4, 2011 (approval on September 28th)

Naturalization

July 19, 2014 - N400 packet sent out

July 21, 2014 - N400 packet delivered

July 23, 2014 - received email/text that I-797 is issued

July 26, 2014 - received I-797 in mail

August 11, 2014 - received the Biometrics notification

August 14, 2014 - biometrics walk-in (original date August 20)

August 18, 2014 - in line for interview scheduling

September 9, 2014 - yellow letter is received (letter is issued September 3)

November 3, 2014 - interview notice is issued (email/text alert)

November 10, 2014 - interview notice received with the interview date of December 11, 2014.

November 10, 2014 - request to reschedule mailed out

December 5, 2014 - interview notice is sent out (email/text alert)

You missed I130 Adjustment of Status which your spouse must submit.

Actually, you do not need to submit I-130 and probably not a medical exam since you entered the country on a K-1 visa. I-130 is used for a spousal visa if you did not enter on a K-1, so you are good to go. You don't need the full medical either if the one done for the K-1 is less than a year old - you just need to submit the vaccination part of the medical filled out by a Panel Physician. If the medical for the K-1 is more than a year old then you would need to redo the medical along with the vaccination portion. Follow the instructions on the form, submit the evidence required and then sit back and wait:-). Good luck.

Sorry - the new vaccination supplement should be filled out by a Civil Surgeon (in the US) not the panel physican who did the original medical. Didn't mean for that to be ambiguous.
