can we file Hardship letter

our case sent back to NVC.

and my wife is sick can we file hardship letter if they returned our case.

please help us

Hardship waivers are only for ineligibilities involving illegal presence or criminal offenses. . .your problem is different.

If your wife is ill to the point that you could get help from a Senator/House Rep liaison it is possible they could speed up the process, though not likely. This is a very complicated problem.

is any one you found who abel to stop his or her case in the embassy( if embassy deny case and trying to send back to nvc).

You need to act very quickly. The websites provided here , will help you A Lot what to do ....

That's a lengthy and disappointing process but if you really love one another you will do your best.
