my case hasn't been touched since Dec 5th , is this normal?and what does it mean?

do you think if it was touched more i can get approval soon?

a touch means your file is moving from the draw to the officer disk or vice versa. so, it is just an indication that your file didnt get lost somewhere. you applied in CSC which is much faster than VSC . you will got you approval in couple more month. hopefully sooner.check my time line and signature it might give you an idea. GOOD LUCK !!!!
