My dear VJ friends,

My husband just got offered a great job in New York and we might have to move within a month. We applied for removal of conditions for myself in June 2007 at VSC. Even though we will most likely be moving to NY, our application will still be processed by VSC. Tough luck, I know. My fear is we will almost certainly get an RFE and I don't know if in our new homw we can gather as much evidence of our life together as in our previous one, because everything will be pretty new. Any advice form anyone in a similar situation is greatly appreciated. Particularly Kathryn41, you've helped me before, need your opinion again.

Many thanks,

Dara

Looks like you are eligible to apply for US citizenship if you want to.

Changing address won't affect you . "Most" I-751s don't have interviews unless divorced so your original evidence will be in effect!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
