Uhh I have no idea why I would have done this, but I made my check out to USCIS (not abbreviated). But I just realized on the instructions it says to make it out to Homeland Security or something. However, they DID cash my check. Does this mean it is ok, or am I going to get an RFE or something??

They cashed your check so they have your money... I am sure you are fine... You may want to print out a copy of the cashed check...
