I saw a silly comment about how i should go to russia if i don't like it here, WHY DON'T THE REST OF YOU GO TO THE COUNTRY YOUR SPOUSE COMES FROM AS WELL? You are going through this process to stay here with your spouse because you say you love them, but you really just want to be here because you think america is better. America is the same bigoted hate monger it has always been, making sure the white people are treated better first and foremost and then trying to compensate for everybody else with special programs and handouts, still evil. That's why France or Ireland or Canada will have no problems getting a visa because they are very white, but of course the "high fraud" rates have to be in sub-saharan africa because that's where black people come from. Racists are defended by freeodm of speech laws, to protect white supremacy and keep white privelege alive. That's why the kkk is allowed to make death threats to blacks and non-whites on their website on a daily basis. Mainly my husband gets comments like "why are you with that black girl?" because white people truly believe they are special and better than anyone else and they believe black and ethnic people are sub-human. This country could be a paradise for everyone if everyone were considered human, but we are called white and black not human or equal, and the majority in this country do not want to give up their white privelege.

Moreover, is racism institutionalized at the USCIS or NVC? I highly, highly doubt it. The last five times you entered the US, what were the ethnicities of the USCIS officers who checked your passport? For me, it's been a colorful mix.

How do you know which specific ethnicities they have a problem with, anyway? They don't specify white/black, black/white, black/Asian, Latino/Aboriginal Australian... they simply said "vast difference in ethnic backgrounds". That could be me (white) and my Japanese wife just as much as you and your husband.

People do commit fraud, and they've apparently identified some factors that might help expose it. They can ignore the factors and let more fraudsters slip in, or they can consider the factors and risk offending people.

I agree. That is such BS. I am Asian and my husband is white but he never seems to act as if he is special nor better than anybody else. He treats people with respect. I have WHITE friends and they are such a nice person. Did they humiliate me because I am Asian? NO. They treat me as a NORMAL HUMAN being not SUB HUMAN as you were saying. How many black people have you seen in Russia??? Not too damn many. I know in my husband's country of Argentina, it is considered the whitest country in the world - 98% caucasian. So, when they see a black person in that country, he or she is an anomaly - stared at, gawked at, you name it - they aren't used to it. Now, go just to the north of Argentina and you're in Brazil, where there are Pardos (browns) and Blacks - probably equaling out to about 52% of the population. There, color isn't an anomaly - it is everywhere.

You keep trucking along, taking your hate and insane reasoning with you...you never know, at the end of the day, they might deny you based on some crazy thing - like your hubby has TB (because it is so common in Russia and Eastern Europe) or he has a criminal record somewhere that you don't know about...but you'll still think it was because you were an interracial couple and I've never seen a denial based on that one.
