I think alot of us, of all ethnic groups, are being mistreated in this process. It is crazy and unfair that it takes so long, but we do what we can to get through it. Talking to others here can help alot.

Notice how the people that comment on this topic are not going through this bigotry themselves but they claim it is not real or not happening. Of course if you are not being mistreated you are going to say that nothing is wrong, because you have not been mistreated. Especially if you are the recipient of white privelege you are going to say racism is not real, because it is to your advantage to use it against others. I wouldn't say that's true. I agree that there are people who use the VWP to come here and adjust instead of doing things the right way, and most of us would also agree that this is incredibly unfair to those of us who DON'T abuse that VWP -- but I went through the exact same process that everyone else has to go through. There's a reason why some countries are considered high fraud and others are not, and thus these countries tend to face higher scrutiny. I really don't think this can be seen as "kkk mentality."

IT IS KKK mentality because they are saying you are fraud if you marry someone that does not have the same skin color as you. That's racism not fraud. Just because i am not white like my husband does not mean i am a fraud. It does not say "marriage inside their ethnic group" it says marriage outside the ethnic group, meaning against interracial couples.

That's why France or Ireland or Canada will have no problems getting a visa because they are very white, but of course the "high fraud" rates have to be in sub-saharan africa because that's where black people come from. Mainly my husband gets comments like "why are you with that black girl?" because white people truly believe they are special and better than anyone else and they believe black and ethnic people are sub-human. As a couple, we are considered "abnormal" by people because most whites believe that my husband who is white is supposed to hate me and marry a white girl. My husband does not hate me and strangely he was not raised with the typical white social beliefs of superiority that most whites are. Our uphill battle is dealing with people who can't understand why my husband would mate with a sub-humanoid. So everything we do is "questioned" because i am not white (white is considered normal). This country could be a paradise for everyone if everyone were considered human, but we are called white and black not human or equal, and the majority in this country do not want to give up their white privelege.

Anything out of the ordinary may make an officer scrutinize something more(even if they shouldn't), but my husband is Indian and I am white and we didn't have any issues due to being a mixed couple at any time during the process.
