Once my wife arrives in the US is it ok if we move, I need to move to another state due to some family issues. Is it ok for us to leave once shes here or do I need to contact the NVC etc etc.... Her interview is on the 5th of Feb and theres no possible way she can be denied being we have been married for 7 years and we've made it this far. I am just woundering. I mean once shes here and shes off the plane and threw customs are'nt we free.

The alien is never free of the USCIS. They are required to keep a current address on file at all times... AR-11 for the Alien must be filed within 10 days of a move

For as long as the I-864 Affidavit of Support is enforce... The USC must also keep a current address of file. This is done via and I-865
