Man there's nothing harder than a long distance relationship. Browsing through this thread and seeing how long it's been since some of you have been with your SO, my heart goes out to you! (L) My hubby & I met online in 2001 and in person in 2005. We traveled back and forth between Canada & the US from 2005 - 2008. Those 3 years were the hardest thing I hope I ever have to go through. There is nothing like saying goodbye to the one you love and not knowing when you'll see them again. If only the IOs would see how much it hurts maybe they would sympathize and put a little pep in their step to speed up everyone's visa processing! The longest me and Phil were apart was 6 months I think.

To everyone who is still separated, hang in there, I hope & pray that you will see them again soon! (F)

My ex-fiance (now husband) left the Philippines on May 3 last year. The next time we saw each other was when I arrived at LAX on October 27. That night couldn't be any lovelier. Thanks God! AOS time now so we can continue seeing each other daily.
