Poor baby, she is scared to death but has been carping about learning how to drive so I hired a professional. I hope the guy has lots of antiacids. The last time I tried she drove into the side of the Del Taco by our house :P

Why the three year delay?

My wife doesn't have the EAD yet for starters so she doesn't need a car to go to work.

Can you send me map of her route so I can plan my commute to work around it? :jest:

Best wishes to her! If she's never played a car racing game before, I'd recommend she start to get her over any initial fear. :)

 They told me the car has two steering wheels and breaks and everything. They didn't tell me if they had blocks for the break and gas so she could reach them

Asian women and cars are a bad combination.

I'd buy her a helmet. I got this girly pink one for my wife for like $50 bucks, you don't need to spend a fortune.

This should be interesting  One thing for sure, there is no way I am letting her back the truck into the garage

The thought of my fiancee driving scares the ####### out of me. Not only has she never driven anything besides a bicycle, she gets lost extremely easily. When we're traveling in cities in China, I'm the one who has to keep track of where we are. She just translates. And then she's amazed that I know to go down this street instead of that one (in the opposite direction) to get to where we're trying to go.

Was wondering the same thing.

I am seeing a potential disaster but big props to hiring a prefessional. I think we may possibly be safe. Good luck to Claudeth.

I am wondering how my babe is going to learn and was thinking about the professional route. We do have a huge parking lot nearby and thought about taking her there and start her teaching but then noticed the lamp poles all over the place. Not good.

Same here. Her mind wanders a lot so I get kind of worried about her maintaining concentration while driving. Oh well, sucks to be George (the driving instructor)
