Hi all,

My Interview is on Monday and I just wanted to do the routine check. I've already had a bit of a nailbiting week, what with my fiance leaving sending some of the docs until this week (they're safely here now) and I am slightly worried about the Financial documents though.

I will be taking:

Passport

Birth Cert + Copy

Police Cert + Copy

Appointment Letter

£63 payment slip stamped by bank

2 color photographs US size

Medical Docs

New Fiance Letter of Intent from both of us

Evidence that relationship has continued

I-134 from fiance + bank statement

I-134 from co-sponsor + bank statment + employer letter + W-2

I read here on Visajourney that a fiance Visa had been denied because the US fiance had been living on benefits and had no intent to work, despite having 2 co-sponsors.

So my fiance hasn't worked an awful lot in the last year, but hasn't been living off the government, and she has been between jobs recently. She wrote $0 on the I-134, and hasn't got an employer letter but wrote a statement about how she is inbetween jobs and will be having an income both before and after I apply for my EAD once we're married on a K1.

I'm just wondering how worried I should be about this?

Thanks, Michael.

Looks good to me.

Now I assume that you can manage the I-864 ok, because thats where you must meet the required poverty levels, by income assets or co-sponsor.

Good luck with the Interview!
