Does the I-30 expire? or any of the process

As u can see in my timeline, my I-130 petition was approved may 07. I am in NVC since then, as i am still needing a joint sponsor. I will soon have one, but im wondering if anything expires and if so when? and can it expire even when the petition is in NVC or embassy? If so, how can I request for an extention. Pls advice :wacko:

USCIS (Total 212 days)

05-15-08 Received call from VSC - I was Approved Yay!

NVC (Total Days: 00)

05/21/2008 : NVC Case# Assigned

05/26/2008 : I-864 AOS Fee Bill invoiced in NVC system.

05/26/2008 : DS-3032 generated

05/31/2008 : DS-3032 emailed by my spouse

06/02/2008 : AOS ($70) Paid online

06/03/2008 : I-864 AOS Barcode cover sheet generated

06/03/2008 : I-864 AOS Generated

06/11/2008 : Choice of agent email accepted at NVC

I-130 approvals do not "expire" like I-129F approvals do. NVC will wait up to a year for your responses before returning the file to USCIS.

I-130 approvals do not "expire" like I-129F approvals do. NVC will wait up to a year for your responses before returning the file to USCIS.

I-130 never expires, but if you don't follow the instructions given by NVC within a year then you will get problems.

I-130 never expires, but if you don't follow the instructions given by NVC within a year then you will get problems.

You mentioned that I will get problems after the year. Can you tell me more about that? I hope not to get to that, but it helps to know in advanced what can happen. :unsure:
