Phoenix?

We sent our N-400 off to the California Service Center last week. When tracking the package, it said it arrived in Phoenix. My wife called the USPS to see what that was all about and was told they have a forwarding address to Phoenix.

This makes little to no sense to me. Anyone have any idea what that's all about?

Weird since it arrived before the rule takes effect, but good to know we're not in some random PO box we shouldn't be in.

They started forwarding applications to Lockbox Centers in December:

But only forwarded applications got accepted, the public still had to file with their Service Centers.
