People were probably way too cold to use those...the seats would be freezing outside, nevermind having to unbundle winter clothes. NO thanks!! Emergency use in that case only, I would think.

This wouldn't matter to men.

Only if the pee froze to their winkie.

Men will pee anywhere. It is more convenient for us than women; we can aim better.
