Has anyone done DCF in the Dominican Republic?

Hello,

I was just given an interesting idea. I was told that I could try to do DCF in my husbands native country the DR. I not so sure if I could or not so i'm asking.

The reason I ask this is because I'm really thinking of going to live over there while this process goes under way. I think it's to frustrating to have to go through this without you loved one.

Any suggestions, comments and/or ideas are welcome.
