Jan.10,2010- Notice receipt from USCIS

Jan.13,2010- check has been cashed

Jan.14,2010- NOA1 received (hard copy)

Jan.23,2010- Biometrics Appt.received in the mail dated Jan.14,2010

Feb. 1, 2010- Biometrics appointment at 8a.m.

Feb.9,2010 - touched

March 2,2010- AP approved

March 9,2010- Hard copy received

March 12, 2010- I-485 receipt notice for interview

March 18,2010- received letter for initial interview

On January 14, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the

service.

btw, got a call from my fiance today that he got the NOA2 hard copy yesterday. woooohoooo!!!!!!:D Hope things would speed up more from here.

congratulations, but man this is so unfair. People are waiting for over 6 months and without any touches or approvals. Yours was under three months? :blink:

Dont worry about it habibi, im sure that youll get your approval one day soon. Just keep the faith, maybe we just got lucky that theres not much filed petition in Cali during the time my fiance did. I understand how frustrating it is to wait as everyone is experiencing it right now or have experienced that burden before.. Just pray and everything will be ok.. believe me, the moment u have ur approval its worth the wait.. Take Care and God bless..
