This is our first posting, but we have been following along through the process.

We had our AOS interview today in Buffalo. We got there about 20 mins before the appointment. The IO took us in, we signed a waiver. Just asked us our names and DOBs and current address, looked through the file. Asked our parents names. About 4 mins into the interview collected the EAD and said you are approved. Told us the card would arrive in 1-2 weeks. We were notified about he conditional green card and the need to remove in 1yr and 9months. Then we were on our way.

Thank you very much for all the info. We will be taking a break from VJ for a while, I am sure we will be back in about 1.5 years looking for info.

Removal of Conditions

05/20/2011.....................Sent off package today, so now playing the waiting game.(Day 1)

05/23/2011.....................Package was received(Day 3)

05/28/2011.....................Received NOA/one year extention letter dated 5/23/2011(Day 8)

06/04/2011.....................I got my biometrics letter in the mail, my appointment is for 06/13/2011@11:00am (Day 14)

06/13/2011.....................Biometrics appointment today @Cleveland, Ohio @11:00am (Day 23)

09/20/2011.....................Approved for 10yr green card, wooohooooo next step citizenship

09/24/2011.....................Received 10yr green card in the mail.

My window for Citizenship 05/20/2012

Thanks! Wow you got your interview notice fairly quick. Best of luck.

Your welcome and yeah I did get my interview notice very quickly actually and till this day, I am very surprised. Thank you for the good luck. How long did it take you to get an interview from start to finish? Another question what kind of evidence did you have to present?
