I didnt think it would be a problem because I had heard it was normal to not be able to see your case status but its been so long that I am starting to get nervous. Is this normal that I still cant see my case status?? How do I get in touch with someone, because when I call its a machine. I know I asked another variation of this question but I was hoping for more answers... Please anyone , please help

I just don't know about the receipt NOA. I was in the Philippines when both the receipt and approval NOA came and wasn't even aware of the online look up then. I do know when we received the receipt NOA for lifting conditions it was never entered into their online system.
