I-134 and full time college student!

If my dad will co-sponsor and I am a full-time college student then what should I provide as proof that I am not filing taxes this year? Do I have to submit tax forms? My school said that they are sending some kind of form to me but do I need to send that or do I just need my dad's? He has ordered '05, '06' and '07. His '08 he will get on February 5th and file shortly after. Are copies of '08 sufficient form my dad and the last 3 years prior to that enough? Oh and if I do not file taxes do they need some type of statement or what?

list urself as student and have ur father co-sponser .. i dun think uneed to show ur tax returns n fin info.

wat kind of 'form' ur school is sending u? Also r u a dependent of ur father? if so ...r on loan they r prolly sending u loan interest or qualifed educational expenses so ur dad culd (if allowed) to take ur student loan interest ded / qualifed expenses deduction or credit watever is applicable. All this shouldnt matter for visa fin. support it will have impact on ur father's return.
