Is typical for governmental agencies to use a unique zip code based on the form type, that is all the post office goes by that makes me wonder why I have to type in the entire address, but type it in anyway. Even my home has it's own unique zip code with the four digit code after it, that is my number only.

My application had been forwarded from NSC to Phoenix. The zip code shown on "track and confirm" on USPS stated that my application was delivered to 85034. Of course I don't know if that is the right zip code where you have to mail your application to. But I wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure it will get forwarded and delivered the same if it's not 100% correct.

Yes, of course I would worry, I'm always really stressed about things like these, too, when it comes to important paperwork.
