Courier Delivery Fee:

The issued visa will be delivered to the applicant's designated address by Air 21 (the Embassy's authorized courier service provider) within 7 to 10 working days. The visa delivery fee, which is determined by the courier service, is paid by the applicant. This fee to the courier service is separate from any fees paid to the U.S. Government. Applicants do not need return to the Embassy to pick up their issued visas. You may visit AIR 21 for more details.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

When did this start? My fiance just got her visa today and it was delivered by Delbros, I was even tracking it online today... but yeah.. 7-10 days.. are they talking about business days only.. i.e. M-F??

Oh well, visa got delivered already, so shouldn't really worry about it now.. :blush: ..

I received my visa today and Delbros was the still the courier for visa packet. It was 3 days delivery for Greater Manila Area.

Received - July 7, 2011

Check cleared - July 12, 2011

Removal of the Conditional Status ( approved Sept. 9, 2011)

10 Years Green Card Received (Sept. 15, 2011)

Hmmm..sounds like something didn't work with Delbros and USEM-Anyway Air 21 used to be the authorized courier of the Embassy-before Delbros
