London Waiver Updates , keeping score!!!!

Hello Everybody!

I have been waiting to see my Baby for over 1.5 years!

We filed k-1, had some RFE-filled hell,.....then had the Appointment in Stockholm (he is a Brit living there) ..........and were denied!!!!

So--we filed the I-601 Waiver if Inadmissability. In Sweden, and it was sent the UK for Proccessing. No, I do NOT want to live in Sweden!

I follow the London Embassy Website, and they very good about posting every week or so, but I track when the cases are Pending, and then when they go into Under Review, and finally when they are Complete! I keep track of dates!

I have noticed some strange stuff. Some cases show up as Complete!

Some cases go from Pending to Complete, and never go Under Review at all!

One case this week (Jan 21) moved fom Under Review back to Pending....... some cases just fall off, no explanation....hmmmmmmm

Enjoy.....useful tool, to see how many they do a week.
