Call the Embassy in Manila and try to schedule an interview if your fiancee has passed her medical. If she hasn't been to St. Luke's yet to have her medical, it is time to go there first.

you better call the NVC again if your papers was sent to USEM. bec. some of the papers was stuck in NVC for how many weeks...

I called them again tonight and they told me that it left NVC last friday and normally takes about 4-5 days to get to USEM in manila. i can't wait...

Once they receive the petition the embassy will likely take 2 - 3 days to "encode" it into their system, until that point you won't be able to schedule the interview. One of the things they want you to have for the medical is the appointment letter that the embassy sends out (by email) when you schedule the appointment, once it's scheduled that email goes out right away (you will probably still be on the phone with them). If you go to dhl.com and choose tracking and then track by reference you can enter EXP 15 JAN 2009A and it will bring up the packages NVC shipped out on the 16th, look for the one going to manila and see if it's delivered... most likely they have it already, if they do though it's kind of iffy if they have actually entered it into their system yet, but you get 3 tries to schedule before it costs extra so good luck.

Oh yeah, and you have to call during their work hours in the philippines... I think it was 8:30am to 4:30pm philippines time so they are open for about 2 more hours when I write this.
