Don't know if anyone else has had this but my express Mail package sent on 01/07/2009 was forwarded by the USPS to the new lockbox address automatically but apparently nobody ever picked it up from that lockbox and it is being returned to me. Has anyone else had this happen?

Well, but if it was forwarded from a NSC, this shouldn't have happened. I wonder if it had to do with the fact that it was Express Mail. Maybe they wanted to make sure they weren't liable for any deadline that had to be met and got delayed by forwarding the Express Mail. I don't know. Try again, this time the new address like cookiee said. Good luck!
