Just got my approval notice this morning.

Recap on evidence if it helps anyone:

Copy of green card

Joint deed on house

Mortgage copy

2 years tax returns (not transcripts)

1 page from joint bank statement every 3 months

3-5 other bills covering 2 years

joint health insurance copy of cards

email copy of 2 confirmation of airline tickets for 2 holidays

No Photos

No Affidavits

39 pages in all

Congratulations, and thank you for sharing us the evidences you submitted. I did not submit affidavits too so Im kinda worry that I will get an RFE, but in your case it was approved without it. We submitted evidences more than what you did except we dont have mortgage or lease. Thanks Again! Im kinda feel better now. I hope I hear a lot of approvals especially for VSC.

Hi Keigwyn,

first of all congrats to your approval. i was wondering how much did u file for the 2 years tax returns. because i had one joint return under the poverty line and was not planning to submit it to uscis. while this 2008 return i am way above the 125% guideline. thx

Hi, I am pretty sure they are lookin for evidence of a bonafide relationship at this stage. The poverty line stuff was for AoS. I submitted both tax returns

Joint deed on house and mortgage is a BIGGY. I doubt many scammers would do such.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
