I emailed my DS 3032..no answer yet..I did twice, on 28 and today 31....It is suppoused I should receive a reply???...

Some are not getting a read receipt for a few days and then an acceptance of the DS-3032 after about a week or even longer.

I sent mine late on the 29th and have not heard anything back yet. I am just going to wait. I did mail in the hard copy on the 30th.

I emailed mine the day I got my case number and once more a few days later. On the day the DS-3032 and AOS bill was generated they also accepted my email DS-3032. It took about a week but I did receive two emails from the NVC acknowledging receipt. Give it some time

As I understand it - nothing is done until after the DS-3032 is generated because they have to know where/who to send everything to. I believe after you pay the AOS bill they will generate the DS-230 bill but I am not sure.

I didn't join you in this thread earlier because I thought my NOA2 was too late from the rest of the group but today I noticed that there are some new cases whose NOA2 are a day or two behind mine. Please allow me to join this thread, too, so I could have some people to get through the NVC with. I received my NOA2 Jan. 27, 2009. Thanks!

As I understand it - nothing is done until after the DS-3032 is generated because they have to know where/who to send everything to. I believe after you pay the AOS bill they will generate the DS-230 bill but I am not sure.

I received a response from the NVC forum and apparently the DS-3032 needs to be accepted before we pay the IV fee. But it appears from other timelines that everything happens within a few days of each other so it really doesn't hold things up at all.

DS-3032 accepted: Jan 30???, 2009 (I called on 30th and operator said no, but the AVR on Sat 31st had been updated)

Recieved DS-3032 hard copy in mail: (still have not recieved yet)

Recieved AOS bill/IIN in mail: Jan 31, 2009

Paid AOS Bill: Jan 31, 2009

IV Bill Generated: Jan 31, 2009

Pay IV Bill: Feb 1, 2009

Neither bills are showing paid yet... it says wait 2-3 days... but still moving along nicely! I am so happy!

The AOS bill can be paid as soon as it is generated but you need the IIN (invoice identification number ) to do so. If you are mailing the payment rather than paying online I believe you need to wait for the actual hard copy to come in the mail.

From LingCHe guide it states: If you are unable to pay your IV Fee Bill online, you will have to wait for the bill from NVC, and pay it via mail.

I don't think it will hold you up much though. You still need to wait for the DS-3032 to be accpeted for the IV fee to be generated so by the time that is done you should have received the AOS bill in the mail.
