Hey guys. Congrats to all of the new approvals. I am going to try to answer multiple questions in one post.

peters and ga80 please :time: It will make it much easier to follow your progress.

See the following link to help guide you through the NVC process and we are all here to help each other as well.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut

Frali:

The NVC number is (603) 334-0700. Operators answer 7:30 - 12 pm. EST M-F. The AVR operates 24/7. They should have your case # by now.

soniasharmin:

I'm ready to go with the DS3032 as well but I think we have to wait until it is generated which should take about a week (from looking at other timelines.) I am planning on calling every other day just to check and then will email and send the hard copy.

I think that's all. I will try to redesign the spreadsheet later today to accomodate the new approvals. Let me know if I have made any errors.

Good luck to everyone. Keep me updated.

You are welcome. Now it will be easier to add new approvals. I'll continue to add up to the end of next week.

Now we all just need to move across the sheet!!

Good luck everyone and fingers are still crossed for those on the transfer sheet still waiting for their NOA2.

Hello guys,

I called the NVC tonight and i spoke to the operator and asked what is our NVC case number but she didn't give it to me. She said it will be mailed to me shortly. DO i need to wait in the mail or just keep calling them? Is there any other NVC number to call without cost?

Thank you guyss

No, unfortunately there is no toll free number that I am aware of. Probably to discourage too many calls. Just keep trying. We called late at night - in fact it was close to 11:30 pm last night when my husband finally got through and spoke to an operator.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you know I called last night at 11:55 and was told my DS-3032 has been generated. I emailed it lastnight and sent hard copy this morning. I am still trying to get my IIN with not much luck! Seems like their training must be getting better as everyone seems to know they aren't really supposed to give it out. We will keep calling, but perhaps we will have to wait until this step comes in the mail (unless we get lucky)!

my case number has been assigned on jan 27, but i was told that it may take them 4-6 weeks to get the letters DS3032 AND I-864 I suppose, I asked them if they have mailed it and I was told that they haven't. My question is do I wait to find out if they have send the forms before i download it from online (the short cut)? how will i know if they have send the documents? What do u guys mean by generating the forms, is it the same as the shortcut link to download and mail ahead of time before you receive the official copies that will be mailed by the NVC?

HOW DID YOU GET THE GREEN LIGHT TO GENERATE THE BILLS? HOW DID YOU GENERATE THE BILLS? DID YOU FOLLOW THE SHORT CUTS? I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE I AM INTERROGATING YOU, BUT I AM JUST CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT I NEED TO DO NEXT SINCE I HAVE A CASE NUMBER, I DON'T WANT TO JUMP GUN AND PAY WHEN I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO.

Hi there peters,

I think most of us are following the LingChe NVC ShortCut which explains everything. Instead of waiting, basically when you call and get confirmation that the forms/bills along each step of the way have been generated then you go ahead and download/fill out the forms (including barcodes) yourself and skip waiting on the mailing times. Chek it out! And good luck at NVC!

Ditto, these guides will really help but it is important not to send or try to pay anything until it has been generated. You can make your own barcode for the DS-3032 (see the guide) and once NVC says it has been generated you can email and send the hard copy in (signed by the beneficiary).

Then you need to wait for the IIN (invoice identification number) to pay any generated bills online. Again wait until they have been generated. Once paid from the online site you will be able to print a bar-coded cover sheet to send in with each package (I-864 and DS-230).

Just take it one step at a time. We are all going through it together so we can help each other. Good luck!
