my husband is going to send the DS 230 package...BUT we have a doubt...Does he need to send HIS Original Divorce Decree??....or Does he send just mine????....we are so confused...some VJ say just mine, another say,,both...

Help please...!!

The DS-230 only refers to the beneficiary. So if that is you, you only need to send yours. I am in the exact same position (both of us were previously married) and I only had to send mine. There were no problems. Good luck!

Been pretty busy. What is ArubaDolphin worried about? What swapping and one place says paid and another doesn't?

We know from tracking data that our packages were delivered to NVC on March 4. Called them for 2 days to confirm and still nothing. They said it could already be in the same building, just no their office.

So everyone wait a little longer.

Well, checked with the AVR today (forgot there's no operator there on Saturday) and it said they got our biographical forms last March 6 and awaiting payment for AOS or something.

But I have a feeling they will have our packages in their system by Monday morning, US time.

Here's my update: I 864 sent Feb 27th which was a friday, and then they were snowed out, so it was delivered on tuesday... I sent the DS230 on March 4th and it was delivered on March 5th. As of yesterday which was a saturday, the AVR said that they're "waiting on biographic forms from the petitioner"... which after researching a little, I figured means that they're in the process of entering my stuff into the system etc. Please pray for no RFE's and a quick case completion and interview date. It's ALMOST over . Good luck to everyone else as well!

I am so sad, Carnell was haing trouble with the on line payment so he used registered mail and sent it on Feb. 24. It still hasn't been delivered. He has to wait until the 16th to call about it

well update for all those that had their packages shipped to Manila on the 6th. They arrived today and were signed for by Embassy staff at 3:30 Philippine time. Woot that's our batch.

Can you track registered mail online ? I know from Canada you cannot, but to wait until the 16th seems a bit unreasonable. You would think they would be willing to track it down after a week. Hope you hear something soon.
