OBX, please update our timeline. Our case has been complete on the 26th. No RFE - thank God! We mailed our DS-230 and I-864 together on the 17th; was uploaded into their system on the 20th; and got approval on the 26th. Thank you so much, everybody, for all your help. And congratulations to all those completed cases too. Now comes the hard - hopefully the last - part!

I called this morning and AVR states they are awaiting BIOGRAPHIC DATA PAGES FROM THE PETITONER (ME). What is this? I tried to talk to an operator but the wait time was too long, anyone have any ideas? I'll call tonight but just in case anyone has any insight I thought I'd ask.

I suspect they are referrring to the DS-230/ IV package. Have you sent that yet?

No, I have not sent the DS 230, but isnt the DS 230 all information for the beneficiary (we're waiting for police certificates so it will be a while before we send it in).

Sorry Jaqui I didn't read your question carefully. I'm not sure what they could be talking about. The only biographic info submitted for the petitioner is the G325 with the I-130 application. I would call and try to speak to an operator.

Yay, so finally I'm sending out the I864 today and the DS230 will be sent out at the latest by Monday. Pray that we get an early April interview at the embassy in Abu Dhabi! Anyone know if that's usually a busy embassy?

Sadly due to weather it got there after 3pm!

So lost a whole day more due to weather

I am not 100% sure, but i understand caracas is easier on swapping!

I will find out when i get the case done

Also when i inquired to them by email i send in both case number and they replied with the 31 march day not commenting on the CR-1 Case number

So will see for sure, hopefully soon

Good luck. Hopefully you will have your case completed by next week so that should give them lots of time to do the switch. That's so exciting - just think in about a month you might have your visa
