The interview will be in Manila and i asked the operator that i spoke to is we would get an April interview and she said yes NO problem. Hope she is right heheheh.

WOW!! They actually told you that - that is fantastic. They will start booking second week of March so you'll know shortly.

We are hoping for April but Montreal is typically a busy consulate so it may be May.

Well we will pray for you to get an April interview. and i will start checking the Embassy website starting Monday for our interview date to see if they have it in their electronic system. And yes i was surprised the operator told me that too she was very nice and seemed excited for us because i told her our 2 yr wedding anniversary is in may and I was trying to make plans for it if it would be in the states or the Philippines that's when she told me it would be an April interview.

I have a K-3 appointment march 31, i really wish i can swap it out for my CR-1 interview, considering nothing goes wrong i have no RFE do i get to swap them if i send my paperwork today reach there in the morning!

ANyway,, I called the NVC today and asked if they already got our AOS and DS_230 package and operator said they haven't get yet..WE send the package Feb.24 through express mail, just wondering how many days they will have it and enter into their system?

About the K-3 appointment, if you want to persue the CR1 then just ignore the K-3 appointment and get done with paperwork at NVC, that was how my friend did. He just ignore the K-3 interview and did all the paperwork for CR1/IR1 and he got the interview date for CR1/IR1 different than the date of K-3.

Your package might got to NVC already but it will take them about 2-3 days after they receive them to enter the documents into the system.

when we sent ours express mail form California it took 2.5 days to reach NVC. which fell on a Friday (20th) and they had it entered the next Monday (23rd) and our case was completed on the 26th.

We're still stuck in NVC. RFE Certificates arrived on monday, but they only opened them on wednesday, and its under review. NVC also sent us a surprise yesterday, by telling that they are missing police certificate. Gosh.. Of course we are totally sure that police cert was included in DS-230 package, so we made a request to review our docs and double-check for police certificate. Thats so annoying that the process is getting delayed for false things..

We were hoping for april interview, but now have doubts. Damn...

I called this morning and AVR states they are awaiting BIOGRAPHIC DATA PAGES FROM THE PETITONER (ME). What is this? I tried to talk to an operator but the wait time was too long, anyone have any ideas? I'll call tonight but just in case anyone has any insight I thought I'd ask.

I suspect they are referrring to the DS-230/ IV package. Have you sent that yet?
