So we got some news too. Sadly NVC are asking for the original birth and marriage certificates. Will be send today with DHL. So should be in NVC by tuesday or wednesday.

Does that mean that evertyhing else was totaly fine and once they get certificates, case will be completed? Or could they issue even more RFE's? And another question, do you know how long it takes NVC after receiving RFE docs to review them and take decission.

We are praying for april interview and hoping we can still make it...

No, we didn't send NOA2 copy. But yes, we did send last 3 years tax transcripts for sponsor and joint sponsors.

Copy of NOA-2 is not a listed document it is something people send also to be thorough.

Sonia,

Once NVC receives your packet it takes them about 2 to 3 days to put into system. it wont hurt calling them, you never know they might already have it in system.

No. The DS-230 is about the beneficiary only.

Our package was received on a Monday morning and in their system Tuesday morning.

The instructions for the DS-230 pack call for 1 set of ORIGINAL documents and 1 set of photocopies. The originals are forwarded to the Embassy for the CO in theory at least.

We also have an update we got conformation DS230 and I864 packages arrived NVC.

We called NVC and speaked to the operator. Operator immediately said that the packages were reviewed, but there are some missing documents. And then she explained what they need and how they should be send. We send the packages on tuesday feb 10, but it got to NVC on feb 12 thursday, so it took exactly a week for them to review.

You should call and speak to the operator basically every day and you'll soon find whats the status. Good luck!

u wont believe it , we didnt ,all we can say is thanks allah a million time , we got an interview date ladies and gentlemen yes we did , they r still scheduling , allah is the greatest we thought that we will hav to wait to the second week of march to get this , but when we check today they said that they already scheduled it is an early april date , thanks allah again and good luck everyone
