:cry::crying: we r still waiting for a "case complete" , they got the DS230 packet on the 5th of February, it is nerf breaking and all caused by a false RFE generated by an officer who thought that we didnt send the AOS packet which arrived a day before, they still claim that this mistake didnt affect our case and that this waiting is totally normal, any advise friends do u think we should contact our senators ?????

I would recommend waiting another day or so, we did have a couple holidays so far this month they need to get back in the swing of things.

This is how I understand it:

Interviews are scheduled the second week of each month for the following month. So the week of March 9-13 interviews for completed cases will be scheduled for dates in April. However, there is no guarantee that if you case is completed before scheduling begins that you will automatically get an appointment. It depends on how busy your consulate is.

We just called, but nothing new on our case. NVC received IV and AOS packages on february 12 and they are now pending. 2 to 4 weeks - is what operator told. I'm a bit worried about IV package, cause I send not original birth certificate, but certified copy and translation - I needed the original in here. Don't know whats the point for the NVC to have original document in lithuanian language, but if they ask, will send it overnight.

Our documents were received Feb 10 and the AVR initially said to wait 6-8weeks, then 3 days later the AVR said "Case Completed Feb 13". So keep checking daily, it might not take as long as they say. Good luck :thumbs:

According to the AVR our i864 was created on Feb 7th, shouldnt we have received it by now...I was thinking last Thursday it should of arrived at the latest but its now Tues and we still dont have it. Not that we need it sicne we have the cover sheet, but still I'm wondering where its at.

How long did it take for you tor eceive it?

HI guys!

Im back..COngrats to OBX for complete journey at NVC...

Anyway, i want to ask if I need to put my latest income of 2008 in employment letter (im self employed)? or I just put the 2007 income since i will only include 2007-2005 income in my I-864..Pls help me about this cause I'm confused if i what income i will put in my self-employment letter.Thanks
