Congrats OBX. Kindly update my process: AOS AND IV BILL PAID 2/09/2008. I hope that I will get the accepted by wed or thurs, I plan to mail DS 230 on Fri and AOS on wed. Goodluck everyone.

Just got confirmation that our I-864 and DS-230 did arrive at NVC this a.m. Phew - now I feel a bit better.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for AOS to arrive in the mail. According to the operator it was mailed on the 6th but as of today it hasn't arrived. Maybe i should call NVC again and try to get the IIN number again from the operator.Any suggestions or times it has taken others to receive AOS bill once it was generated?

well got the conformation email today for acceptance of the DS-3032. we did it by email and also stated the IV bill generated. Will pay those both as soon as the AOS bill arrives. I hope it will be today. Hey postman christmas bonus if you bring it today hehehehe. Gosh I'm so impatient, think my wife is rubbing off on me.

If you mail the 2008 taxes you need to include the W2 and the 1040 apparently - someone on VJ got a RFE because they submitted only one part of it and said it's better (if you have not filed 2008 yet) to leave it and include 2005, 2006 & 2007. Now they are stuck waiting until they do their 2008 taxes and can produce the other doc for NVC. Just make sure you have the full set if you're sending 2008 to avoid any RFE!

We filed 2008 taxes and yes i sent a copy of the return and all W-2 and 1099 forms in the I-864 package. I also included tax year 2007 return and w-2/ 1099 from 2001-2006 so i guess 8 yrs tax info should be enough.

Hello again,

COngrats to all who are done the process and only wait the case to complete.

ANyway, im doing my I-864 now should I include my 2008 income cause I have 1099 but no ITR. If im going to include my 2008 is 1099 enough for evidence? Or maybe hey will ask RFE of 2008 ITR?..If im not going to include 2008, in line #23 do i need to put my 2007 annual gross income?? ANy help?
