Hi all. I tried to edit my timeline on the spreadsheet myself so I don't have to bother you in updating it but I wasn't able to. My case number was assigned on Jan. 30, DS 3032 & AOS generated Feb. 02. DS3232 e-mailed on the same day. We tried to call for our IIN but the operator also told us to wait for the AOS bill to obtain it.

I just have one question, my e-mail has not yet been accepted. I know it takes a while, but I am concerned if the e-mail really went through to the NVC. I mean, what if it landed in their Spam folder? Woud it be okay if I call the NVC to confirm if they received my DS3032 e-mail?

... and one more thing, when do we mail the DS230? Do we have to wait for the form to be delivered to in the beneficiary's address before we fill it up and send it? Or can we use the DS230 template here in VJ, fill it now then fill in the IIN once we have it and send it to he NVC?

You could try but I doubt that they would be able to tell you. We did not receive a read receipt just the acceptance email. ( Emailed DS-3032 late on Thursday night, received acceptance the following Wednesday if that helps.)

You can download the DS-230 and fill it in but it cannot be sent in until the DS-3032 has been accepted, the IV fee generated, paid and bar-coded cover sheet printed from online payment site.

Not sure they would have anything in their system to tell you until it says it's been accepted. The email response has been taking around a week for most of us... Did you send a hard copy in the mail as well? I think in my case my DS-3032 was accepted the same day they recieved the hard copy. Then after about a week I got the email response.

In the E-mail DS-3032 template, is it okay to type some text, particularly the answers[/b to data fields in bold format? Just wondering.

I used it anyway, just leave the surname field blank as it repeats lower on the sheet in a country field. Hand write it in once the form is printed.

My I130 was approved Jan 20th exactly so I'm joining in. So far I've paid the 70 and emailed the 3032, just waiting for a response and a "paid" update. Good luck everyone else
